Hex and Giggle Pins — Return Policy

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

Thank you for supporting Hex and Giggle Pins! Because our products are limited edition collectibles, our return policy reflects the nature of small-batch, handcrafted goods. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Final — General Rule

Due to the limited edition nature of our pins and the small scale of our operation, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental duplicate purchases, or convention purchases once you've left the booth.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our pins. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right.

To request a replacement or resolution, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, depending on availability, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please note that minor variations in enamel fill, color, or glitter are normal characteristics of handmade enamel pins and are not considered defects.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

4. Presale Orders

Presale purchases are non-refundable once production has begun. By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that production timelines may shift and agree to wait for fulfillment. We will always communicate delays as soon as possible.

5. Convention Purchases

All convention sales are final at the time of purchase. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items bought in person at events.
