Welcome to Hex and Giggle Pins. By accessing our website at hexandgiggle.com or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hexandgiggle.com and any purchases made through our website, at conventions, or through other sales channels operated by Hex and Giggle Pins. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion. Limited edition runs are produced in fixed quantities and once they are gone, they are gone. We make no guarantee that any specific product will be restocked.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handmade nature of enamel pins, minor variations in color, enamel fill, or finish are normal and expected and do not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at conventions may differ from online prices. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. For presale orders, payment is collected at the time of purchase and held until the order is fulfilled.
5. Presales
Presale purchases are binding. By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that the product has not yet been manufactured and agree to wait for fulfillment. Production timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing delays outside our control. Presale orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Hex and Giggle Pins is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are generally final. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photography, branding, and content associated with Hex and Giggle Pins — including pin designs created through DreaD Illustrations — are the intellectual property of Jesse Grey and Hex and Giggle Pins. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our artwork or designs for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Personal, non-commercial sharing of product photos (such as posting a photo of your pin collection on social media) is welcome and encouraged.
9. Limited Edition Collectibles
Our products are sold as collectible items for personal enjoyment. We make no representations regarding the future resale value of any product. Hex and Giggle Pins is not responsible for any loss incurred through secondary market sales.
10. Convention Sales
All sales made in person at conventions and events are final at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction at our booth, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for in-person purchases after you leave the booth.
11. Giveaways and Promotions
From time to time we may run giveaways, contests, or promotions on social media or at events. These are subject to their own rules as posted at the time of the promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter unless explicitly stated. Hex and Giggle Pins reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hex and Giggle Pins, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to property. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and website are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended use as collectible enamel pins.
