Hex and Giggle Pins — Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship within the United States and internationally to areas served by our shipping partners. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at Info@hexandgiggle.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods such as new pin launches, sale events like Hexodus, or following conventions, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate delays.

Presale orders are held until pins are in hand and ready to ship. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of purchase, though manufacturing delays can occasionally affect this.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We ship via USPS and our international shipping partners. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping method availability may vary by order size and destination. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable and charge only what we are charged by the carrier.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically — keep an eye on our social media and website for announcements.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within your processing window, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please note that international tracking visibility may be limited once a package leaves the United States.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Hex and Giggle Pins is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, including the packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution.
